OUR STORE POLICIES
At StakeSafe our goal is to ensure that your time spent dealing with us is enjoyable, efficient and smooth. We are committed to delivering your items in good condition and as described on StakeSafe. We hope that your newly purchased StakeSafe is delivered in good condition and that it operates as you desire. We understand things go wrong sometimes or that everyone sometimes has a change of thought so as such, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description;
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
NOTE: all items purchased with cryptocurrencies are not refundable.
Where to return an item?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide our warehouse address. Note the following:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless one of the 4 above points are met.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if you are returning an item unless one of the 4 above points are met.
Items damaged in transit, Items faulty on arrival:
All items damaged during delivery transit must be signed as such on the transfer receipt. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery transfer. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once returned, we will review the item and issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method once the investigation has concluded. We will cover the cost of returning the items to you.
You have 30 days from delivery transfer to inform StakeSafe of a fault if you deem your newly purchased device faulty. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once returned, we will review the item and issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method once the investigation has concluded. We will cover the cost of returning the items to you if we deem that the fault occurred prior to delivery transfer.
if the item was marked 'gift' and you return it, StakeSafe will issue you a store credit to you to use in the future.
If the item was not marked 'gift' and you return an item purchased by someone else, we will refund the original owner a store credit.
Incorrect or missing items, Unexpected delivery
If your delivery is taking longer then expected please contact StakeSafe and we will contact the courier. If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact StakeSafe within 7 days post-delivery transfer. We will arrange a replacement during these discussions.
If you received an order from us which you were not expecting, we would be obviously very grateful if you could return it to us so we can re-route it to its rightful home! The best way to do this is to take it to your local post office and send it to the returns address listed below. Please get in touch with us first via email and we will, of course, be happy to pay the return shipping.
